How do I join the site?
Registration is very simple:
create your account on this page, insert your details and choose a password.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. We remind you that you must fill out all the required fields (marked with *).
I have not received my registration confirmation by e-mail. What should I do?
You may have mistyped the e-mail address. In this case, the message required to confirm your registration cannot be sent.
Send us an e-mail to inform us of your problem or fill in a new registration form.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password click on “Forgotten your password?” to set up a new one.
How can I update my account information?
You can always update, add to and edit your registration details by going to your profile page.
How do I buy online?
To make a purchase, simply select the product you want by clicking on “Add to cart”. You will see it automatically appear in the corner of the screen under “Shopping Cart”. To complete your order click on “Check-out” and continue by proceeding to Login or New Registration.
Choose the payment method you prefer and confirm your order.
Once you have made your purchase you will receive a reminder by e-mail.
After dispatch, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with the code you need to track the status of your shipment. If you do not receive this information within 3 working days of the date of purchase, please contact Customer Service.
What is Shop the Look?
Shop the Look is an opportunity to buy an entire Attesa Maternity ‘look’ or outfit at affordable prices. By purchasing the entire outfit proposed in the ‘Shop the Look’ you will be entitled to a 10% discount on the total cost.
Do I have to buy the whole look?
Yes, in this way you will be sure of looking perfect down to every last detail, exactly as designed by our designers. In addition, when you buy Shop the Look outfits, you will enjoy a discount of 10% on the total cost.
How do I choose on the basis of my new shape?
First of all, keep your usual size as a reference point, the size you wore before pregnancy.
If your body shape has not changed significantly and you have only gained on the tummy and hips in a proportionate manner, you will probably not need a different size, but if your shape has changed a lot, your size will also change.
All items of Attesa Maternity clothing are designed to follow the natural changes in your body shape: you can wear them during the entire nine months of your pregnancy and also later, in the post-partum period and until you have re-gained your normal shape.

How can I predict how my tummy size will increase?
The increase in the size of your tummy is not a problem! Attesa Maternity has designed its clothing to accommodate the natural change of your shape. To do this, it relies on modern design and the use of high quality materials and fabrics, designed to assure elegance and femininity to every expectant mother, both during pregnancy and after childbirth.
How do I choose the size of jeans and trousers?
All Attesa Maternity trousers and jeans support your tummy in a natural way thanks to a comfortable elastic sash that wraps around you without squeezing and follows the natural increase in size during the nine-month gestation period. In styles with low waist (hipster) and in jeans, there is an elasticated peplum in stretch cotton jersey and a practical drawstring to tighten or widen the waist according to your needs.
In the trousers made of stretch knit or bengaline, the drawstring casing is placed on top of the elastic yoke so as to enable you to tighten or loosen the fit as you wish. Whatever your style, you can wear Attesa Maternity trousers during the entire nine months of your pregnancy and even after, confident of a perfect fit and maximum comfort.

What methods of payment do you accept?
For your online purchases you can use all major credit and debit cards (including prepaid and rechargeable cards) issued by banks in Italy: Visa, Visa-Electron, Mastercard and PostePay. You can also use the PayPal system. You will not be charged any additional fee by Attesa Maternity.
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, you can. Paypal is an absolutely safe online payment method that will enable you to pay for your order by directly accessing your account. The data related to your account and your credit card will be handled directly by PayPal, which will simply provide you with an e-mail notification after payment has been made.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
No, sorry, at the moment bank transfer is not an accepted method of payment.
Can I trust the security of Attesa Maternity’s online payments system?
For the transmission of personal data relating to credit cards we use the SSL Secure Server (Secure Socket Layer) in the Professional Extended Validation version, issued by the company Verisign to ensure absolute security.
Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Certainly. You must provide all the relevant information at the time of the order. The invoice will be made available within your control panel. For any further information please contact our Customer Service department, indicating the number of your order via e-mail.
Can I choose a delivery address for my goods that is different from my billing address?
Certainly, we will send your purchases wherever you want. At the time of the order, just fill in the fields “Delivery Address”. If the delivery address is the same as the billing address, just click on “Send to the same address”.
How can I track my order?
The shipping code is assigned when the packages are prepared at our logistics centre and is sent by e-mail with all the necessary information to track your shipment. However, shipment tracking may not be available in the courier’s system and may take up to 48 hours or more before being uploaded. It could also depend on the type of product purchased and the courier company that is making the delivery. In rare cases, you may not be able to see the tracking code in the courier’s system. We advise you to check your order status via the area called “My Profile” and contact our Customer Service if problems arise, providing your order number.
Can I track the shipment of my order after online perchase?
Once the shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a link to your shipment so that you can track it on the courier’s online tracking system.
Is there a charge for delivery or is it included in the purchase price?
Delivery throughout Italy is always free. Delivery costs to other countries will be shown at the time of the order.
What are the delivery times?
In Italy, you can receive purchased products with courier within 2 - 3 working days from receipt of the e-mail confirmation of custody of the shipment with the courier. For delivery to the islands or to reach remote areas or in other exceptional cases, the service may take longer.
From abroad, deliveries are guaranteed by International courier in 3 - 5 working days except in remote locations or other cases.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or does not correspond to the items ordered?
Before accepting the goods, always check that the package is intact and write “received unchecked” on the courier’s delivery slip. If the packaging is not intact on delivery, you will need to reject the delivery without signing the courier’s delivery slip and promptly contact Customer Service via the form.
If the packaging is intact, but the product does not match the purchase or is damaged, we advise you to take pictures of the product and send an e-mail to email@example.com within and no later than 10 working days from receipt.
I’ve changed my mind about my purchase. Can I return my purchase?
To make a return you must contact our Customer Service via the appropriate form and return the product within 10 working days from the date of receipt of goods. In case of returns, shipping costs are at your own expense.
Remember to have your order number handy as this will speed up the process.
Is a penalty incurred in the return of goods?
There are no penalties charged to the customer. In the case of a product return due to a defect, the goods must be returned by the customer in the original package, with all the packaging and completely intact. The product being returned must be protected by outer packaging suitable for transport without damaging the original packaging.
Can I cancel my order?
No, you can not cancel the online order after it has been placed. However, you can still return your purchase without incurring a penalty.
