Delivery and returns


All Attesa Maternity orders are delivered in Italy with express courier within 1-3 working days from the date of confirmation of your order.
For delivery to the Italian islands or to reach remote geographical areas or in other exceptional circumstances, the service may take longer.

Shipping to different countries of Europe and the rest of the world is entrusted to international couriers, with delivery guaranteed within 2 - 5 working days, except remote/difficult-to-reach areas or other exceptional circumstances.

In order to ensure the maximum transparency, possible additional expenses are always specified during the online purchasing process before the order is confirmed.

You will be informed by e-mail about the status of your delivery and by means of a tracking number which you will be able to use to check the status of the shipment on the courier’s website.



In case of shipment to a country outside the European Union, the goods may be subject to customs duties and sales taxes. The calculation depends on the estimated value of the shipped goods and classified as Harmonized System Code. Any additional tax is payable by the customer. For further information regarding any of the duties and taxes, you should contact your local Customs Offices in the Country of destination.



If you are not entirely happy with your purchase or if the product delivered exhibits defects, send an email to Customer Service at within 14 days from the date the parcel was delivered to you, indicating your Name, Surname, Order Number and Return reason.
In the case of returns due to defects, you will need to attach a photo of the defective product. You will be contacted and instructed on how to correctly return the good. 

The goods will need to be returned in the same condition in which they were received, that is, with all their constituent parts, in the original packaging within 14 days from the advisory to Attesa Maternity:

In the case of return of defective products, shipping costs will be borne by Attesa Maternity, in all other cases clients should cover the shipping cost.

- Wrong size (too small)
- Wearability problems
- Item did not meet customer's expectations (do not like)
- Colour does not correspond to the photos
- Item received in different model/size/colour ordered 
- Damaged or defective item
- Other reason (please specify)



The return article/s will be examined by our staff in the shortest possible time (and not beyond 14 working days), and once verified that it meets all the requirements, the refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. (Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal).
